Article 3: Website Access
Access and use of the website are subject to these General Terms of Service (hereinafter “GTS”) which the User is deemed to have expressly accepted upon accessing and using the website. HYDROPROCESS reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at any time, the use of the website in the event of a breach by the User of these GTS.
Access to the website and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. You commit to not using this website and the information or data therein for commercial, political, advertising purposes, and any form of commercial solicitation, including unsolicited emails.

Any request must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document signed and specify the address at which the owner can contact the applicant. The response will be sent within a month of receiving the request. This one-month deadline can be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests require it.
