In 2011, after several years of R&D, HYDROPROCESS® offers the 1st compact waterjet cutting machine dedicated to the food industry. Innovative thanks to its integrated high-pressure pump and a man-machine interface allowing programming directly at the foot of the machine, precise and already easy to clean, ChefCut quickly built its reputation in the laboratories of the most renowned pastry chefs in France and around the world.
Since then, our teams have continued to develop ChefCut in the same spirit, making it even more compact, energy-efficient and quiet. NSF-certified since 2016, our technology is particularly appreciated by our most demanding customers in terms of food hygiene, whether in France or among the 40 countries to which we export.
Over time, this offering has been complemented by our ChefCut Office software suite, giving our customers complete autonomy in their increasingly sophisticated creations. Today, 13 years on, HYDRPROCESS remains attentive to its customers’ needs, and continues to strive to offer ever more durable and ergonomic solutions.
